Birmingham Photospace* would like to invite you to a private view/artist's talk which will launch our new exhibition 'Birmingham's People' at Birmingham's foremost, and one of the UK's leading, multicultural venues - The Drum Arts Centre in Aston.
Birmingham Photospace set up a temporary photographic studio in Victoria Square during the city's Artfest in September 2009. Our professional photographers, Matt Murtagh (www.mattmurtaghphotography.com) and Jennifer Peel, took images of over 170 people visiting and participating in the festival. This exhibition shows the immense diversity of the people from the city and the wider region.
The private view takes place between 7.00pm - 9.00pm on Wednesday December 9th in the Drum.
The exhibition runs from Mon 7 Dec - Fri 29 Jan, 10am - 6pm
